Ces Drilon, in isolation for COVID-19, uses her solitude to do gardening

Former broadcaster Ces Drilon tested positive for COVID-19 but that did not deter her from pursuing her passion for organic farming and gardening.

“What isolation looks like,” she said while showing photos of herself gardening, via her Instagram page yesterday, Jan. 10. “After testing positive last Friday night, (I had two successive tests that day – one negative and the second i-Chroma antigen showed me positive) I’ve been using the time to do a little R & D for Provenciana.”

Thankfully, Drilon’s case was not severe, so she is still able to work on her garden.

“I have barely any symptoms, thankfully – proof that VACCINES WORK,” she said.

“So if you get exposed to someone who is positive, best to assume that you have the virus and isolate right away to prevent passing it on to others,” she added, noting that her exposure was very brief as it was “less than 15 minutes.”

Trying to be responsible, she did what was necessary as soon as she found out about herself being infected.

“I’ve informed all those I’ve come into contact with about my test result so they can take precautions too,” she said. “Meantime am staying upbeat, keeping busy with the garden and air drying leaves and flowers that may go into use for my enterprise Provenciana. Stay safe and keep the positive vibes going.”

Drilon has recently been attending classes that teaches how to extract essences from plants which she spoke about in her Jan. 7 post. In the class, Drilon “learned how to extract the life essences of plants for healing and nurturing.”

“I made my own virgin coconut oil, using the wet milled, fermentation process without any heat application!” she said. “So amazing and energizing to learn new things everyday.” JB
