You can now ride a P2P bus from Bulacan to Quezon City

The point-to-point (P2P) bus network in the metro is expanding and this temporary fix to our major thoroughfares’ severe traffic problem is definitely more than welcome.

Last Monday, Jul. 30, the Department of Transportation (DOTr) launched two P2P routes from Bulacan to Quezon City: Sta. Maria-Trinoma and Robinson’s Place Malolos-Trinoma.

Like the other existing routes, the Bulacan-QC services have fixed trip schedules which start at 5 a.m. with the last bus departing at 8 p.m from Monday to Saturday. There will be 15 buses, which are operated by Precious Grace Transport, traversing the routes. The buses leave every 30 minutes.

The premium buses, which are air-conditioned, equipped with WiFi, TV, and CCTV, utilize a cashless system with the reloadable Prime Tap cards.

We just hope this encourages people who own private cars to use the buses, which can be equally comfortable, instead to avoid road congestion.
