Keds has launched the Brave Girls campaign to celebrate “girlhood.”

 

The campaign’s endorser is pop music teen superstar Taylor Swift, the seven-time Grammy-award winning singer-songwriter and style icon.

 

Keds makers said Swift is truly a Keds Brave Girl.

 

At 14, Taylor convinced her family to move to Nashville so she could pursue her musical career.

 

“I think the biggest risk I took in my life was convincing my family to move to Nashville,” she said. “I grew up in Pennsylvania and when I started singing and playing the guitar and writing my own songs, it was all I could think about. It was all I would talk about and so I decided that I wanted my family to move to Nashville so that I could try this. And I think that the fact that they eventually gave in and moved to Nashville and we moved our family across the country is the bravest thing I’ve ever been a part of”.

 

Keds users are to share their “Keds Brave Moment.”

 

They may upload their pictures with captions describing their Keds Brave Moment on Instagram and tag @kedph and #kedsbravemoment.

 

Four winners will be featured in a Keds photoshoot and article and will win a Keds shopping spree worth P10,000 each.

 

Deadline for submission is Sept. 15.
