After 20 years of providing Filipinos with houses they can rightfully call their own, the people behind Robinsons Homes know what their market of growing families is looking for.

Their three sub-brands mirror this knowledge: the premium Bloomfields; the midlevel Brighton; and the affordable Springdale.

“With lot sizes averaging 320 square meters at P8,000 per square meter and up, Bloomfields is more for extended families,” said Corazon L. Ang Ley, business unit general manager of Robinsons Homes.

Affordable

Brighton is the contemporary Mediterranean-inspired development, with average lot sizes of 180 sq m., a starting price of P6,000 per square meter and up, and options for housing for under P5 million.

“The affordable Springdale projects are geared toward young couples with very young children who want to have their own place. The lot sizes are smaller, measuring an average of 120 sq m., valued at around P4,000 per square meter,” said Ang Ley.

Model units of the three sub-brands have yet to be completed, but once finished, they will be open for viewing so that potential clients can visualize how their homes are going to look.

Finished units

Ang Ley pointed out that unlike other property developers, Robinsons Homes are always turned over as finished units, ready for occupancy.

“The walls are all painted, the lavatory is outfitted with sink and toilet, and the kitchen cabinets have already been installed. If the resident has purchased appliances and other furnishings, he/she can move in as soon as we turn over the unit,” she said.

Since building its first residential subdivision in Antipolo 20 years ago, Robinsons Homes has expanded its reach—from as far north as Laoag City to as far south as General Santos City.

Over 5,000 homes have been built in Laoag, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan, Antipolo, Batangas, Cavite, Cebu, Davao, Cagayan de Oro and General Santos.

Most are centrally located and accessible. “They are within gated neighborhoods with beautiful surroundings and verdant landscaping, promoting a sense of spaciousness and harmony,” Ang Ley said.

Vision

This year, the property developer plans to expand its reach in the Visayas, particularly in Bacolod. It has also set its sights on Palawan.

The company’s vision is still to provide Filipino families their first home or an upgrade to a better abode.

“As a testament to our commitment, we are proud to showcase today our strong track record of 32 subdivisions across the nation. We’ve built the dream for over 25,000 families—a home they can pass on to future generations, a pamana,” Ang Ley said.
