2021 in 10 stories: A botched church, $3 isaw, and best store-bought butter | Lifestyle.INQ

PHILIPPINE Philharmonic Orchestra

2021 was another year spent in quarantine and yet the breadth of stories we wrote about was just as varied as any pre-pandemic year. And the best (subjective) part is that we didn’t even have to go out to get the scoop—someone is always breaking something on the internet, luckily.

If we’re being honest, four out of the five most-read stories on Nolisoli.ph this year were COVID-related: where to get tested, how to get vaccinated,  what’s the latest quarantine classification, and how on earth are we the top borrower of COVID loans and yet still behind in pandemic response.

But where’s the fun in these stories that we have been hearing non-stop for almost two years now? (Not to say they are not important, of course.)

So in this list, we tracked 10 of our most-read stories that are anything but COVID-related—but I guess they are somehow? From a botched Batangas church renovation to the best store-bought butter list that you seem to all agree with.
