Aside from its well-anticipated fashion collaborations, Japanese mega-retailer Uniqlo is also known to push the boundaries of technology and fashion. And just when you think so much has already been done to our trusted pair of jeans, here is where Uniqlo steps in to unfold a new era in denim: four new innovative and reinvented jean designs, aptly called the Re-Jean.
From the same brand that brought us the HEATTECH line and AIRism is yet again another innovation but this time applied to jeans.
These four denim lines for men and women each address a particular body issue your current trousers couldn’t answer.
The four new denim jeans include The Ultra Stretch Jeans made of stretch material with a 50 percent stretch rate. The oversized rear pockets hugs the butt perfectly to create a flattering effect. The Smart Shape Jeans shape the waistline. The pockets and zipper also aim to make the belly flat.
For men, the Miracle Air Skinny Fit Jeans are 20 percent lighter than any regular jeans. This ultra-slim style is very flexible and has a two-way stretch that makes moving around a lot easier. Traditional Selvedge are high quality men’s jeans that ensure comfort in light and slim fit.
Uniqlo’s chief operating officer Katsumi Kubota says, “Uniqlo continues to innovate and develop high quality products, which are focused on our consumers’ everyday needs.”
These four newest and most advanced pairs of denim jeans are now available in all Uniqlo stores nationwide.
