Azure North’s design concept draws inspiration from the stratified rock formations, picturesque beach coves and waters of Palawan.
The development’s centerpiece is a beach oasis with a wave and lap pool, a children’s pool, slides and cascading waterfalls, a pool bar, the Azure North Island for special private parties, a multipurpose event space and, of course, a multilevel beach club.
The seven residential towers that form the residential component of Azure North likewise evoke Palawan’s rocky outcrops that spring organically from the water and are topped with lush, verdant greenery.
Over 75 percent of the residential units and penthouses will enjoy majestic views of the beautiful beach. Oblique balconies and verandas, meanwhile, provide additional outdoor living space.
The city of San Fernando is the seat of Pampanga’s provincial government. It is also the regional center of Central Luzon.
