Multimedia exhibit sheds light on vision impairment | Lifestyle.INQ

Mixed media pieces by senior multimedia arts students from Asia Pacific College are currently on display at the art exhibit entitled “Pitik-Bulag” at Image Factory Studios (3rd Floor, Zeta Building, 191 Salcedo St., Legazpi Village, Makati City).
Pitik-Bulag is a community-based multimedia art exhibit that tackles the loss of sight. It aims to give life to different forms of artworks inspired by vision impairment, and seeks to help and understand the community of visually-impaired.
Collectively known as Kwadro, this pool of multidisciplinary arts students is composed of Marc Brimon, Jom Masolabe, Alecx Abueg, Ysa Deveza, Kenneth Tesalona, Clarence Patangan, JC Azul, Kyle Garcia, John Rodolf Ambrosio, Ricardo Garcia, Shannon Go, Justin Calimlim, Chrishelaine Quilatan, Mittos Garinga, Rachelle Villar, Erika Zapatos, Mary Ann Picardal, Green Morales, Ericka Gemal, Kristine Paz, Christine Salinas, Shirleine Pepito, Joshua Rei Macapagal, Viennard Concepcion, and Karl Hans.
The artists created pieces whose sale will benefit the Resources for the Blind, Inc. in Cubao, Quezon City. The exhibit will run until April 22.
