Freeway will be unveiling its collaboration with National Artist Benedicto Cabrera on June 9 at the Cultural Center of the Philippines but Inquirer Lifestyle wants you to have an early look at the entire collection.

It includes shirts, scarves, tops, dresses, bags and other accessories that feature some of BenCab’s most memorable artworks including his favorite Sabel.

“We are extremely excited and honored to feature Ben’s representative works spanning five decades in his 50th Anniversary Retrospective. Through Freeway’s National Artist Collectors Series, we hope to create awareness and access to the famous works of BenCab so that they can be enjoyed by everyone,“ said Sheree Gotuaco, CEO of Elite Garments, the company behind the brands Freeway, Solo and Ensembles.

In the past, Freeway’s National Artist Collectors’ Series has released collections inspired by the works of Nick Joaquin, F. Sionil Jose, Ang Kiukok, Levi Celerio, Bienvenido Lumbera, Ramon Valera, Vicente Manansala and more.
