Country-Style Chorizo & Beans is an old-fashioned Italian breakfast. It has chorizo and beans topped with two eggs, baked to perfection and served with grilled Tuscan bread.
Bistro Group corporate chef Josh Boutwood puts his own gourmet spin to the classic hash brown, bacon and egg combo with Italianni’s Three Cheese Potato Rosti Cup: warm potato rosti filled with mozzarella, parmesan, and taleggio cheeses and finished off with egg and crispy bacon strips, served with French toast on the side.

Cocktails at M Café
M Café reintroduces iconic cocktails to celebrate its 11th year.
Rockstar is made of vodka, amaretto and lychee. Suzie Wong is a blend of citrus vodka, fresh lime juice and watermelon.
Dedicated to resident DJ Mark Cali-Jentes, Cali-Jentes is a smooth mix of amaretto, cherries and orange.
The M meanwhile is a classic M Café Martini made of melon vodka, pineapple and calamansi.
Other cocktail selections: Chocnut Martini, a nutty twist on the Martini using Chocnut, espresso, vodka and Kahlua; Brown Sugar Mama, sweet brown sugar magic with vanilla vodka, cranberry and brown sugar; Restrospective, a summery take on the classic “Old Fashioned” using lychee, pineapple, bourbon and bitters; and Red Metropolitan, M’s version of the Cosmopolitan using guava vodka, cranberry, triple sec and lime.

Cheesy Beef Sandwich is cheese sauce topped with crunchy tempura crumbs and wrapped in a soft and tasty bun.
Seafood Kani Roll consists of kani mixed with Japanese sauce, fresh lettuce and cheese in a soft and tasty bun.
