PAL passengers with confirmed tickets to and from Bangkok who wish to rebook to new travel dates may do so without being charged rebooking fees.

The waiver applies to existing ticket holders with travel dates falling within the period August 19 – 31, 2015.

Passengers within this category must rebook within 30 days from their original travel dates to ensure that rebooking penalties/charges are waived.

The flag carrier issued these guidelines in view of the volatile situation in the Thai capital.

The flag carrier continues to operate an average of 17 flights weekly to and from Bangkok but is advising passengers to exercise precautionary measures while in the Capital City.

For rebooking of flights, passengers may call PAL Reservations Hotline at (02) 855 – 8888 or visit any PAL Ticketing Office. Passengers with tickets purchased online may rebook by logging on to www.philippineairlines.com.
