The beloved “Magic School Bus” is back in town, and it’s coming with a new set of field trips and a new Ms. Frizzle. In the new reboot titled The Magic School Bus Rides Again, the old Ms. Frizzle (voiced by Lily Tomlin)—now known as Professor Frizzle—has passed down her legacy to her younger sister Ms. Fiona Felicity Frizzle (voiced by Kate McKinnon). Grooving to the updated version of the original theme song (now sang by Lin-Manuel Miranda), she is now in charge of taking the Walkerville School kids to their out-of-this-world field trips. Out on Netflix from Sept. 29, the kids will be exploring science of the 21st century, like travelling across the Internet.
