Inquirer Lifestyle’s Face-Off 2016 will be the first of its kind in the country—it brings together in one show the Top 4 fashion design schools in the country.

Slim’s, SoFA Design Institute, De La Salle-College of St. Benilde and Fashion Institute of the Philippines  will present the top collections of their students in a show titled “Face-Off 2016: A Cut Above the Rest” on Nov. 23 at Mega Fashion Hall at SM Megamall.

Presented with SM Megamall, the show is tapping the student communities of Lifestyle’s ToBeYou.

It’s a first because in one show, the audience will have a comparative showcase of the design talents of this generation.

2016 Face-Off should give people a glimpse of the creativity, design thrust, innovative bent of fashion design students at a time that fashion design is gaining a growing enrollment.

It is done with the support of Converse, O+, Oishi and Canon. Doing the production is the SM creative team led by designer Tonichi Nocom.
