GALERIE Stephanie pursues its thrust as an international art gallery by participating in the next edition of Art Fair Tokyo, Japan’s largest art fair.

Running from May 12 to May 14, Art Fair Tokyo brings 157 galleries around the world to exhibit works of contemporary art. Galerie Stephanie will be bringing new works by renowned Filipino contemporary artist Iya Consorio-Barrioquinto and Indonesian Roby Dwi Antono.

Barrioquinto is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas Fine Arts program and her paintings of multi-eyed and tentacle little girls are rendered in her characteristic monochrome palette.

Antono’s paintings gleefully mixes dreamlike sequences with wit, humor and sarcasm.

Galerie Stephanie will be at booth N54 at Art Fair Tokyo located at Tokyo International Forum, Marunouchi 3-5-1, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-0005, Japan. For inquiries, Call 7091488, or e-mail galerie[email protected]
