Doña Elena holiday menu
Executive chef Erica Aquino’s four-course menu at 49-B Heirloom Kitchen is inspired by Doña Elena Olive Oils. The menu includes Olive and Chorizo Stuffed Chicken (P550), Cuban Beef Stew with Yellow Rice (P340), Grilled Tilapia Fillet with Red Onions and Olive Relish (P420), and Cheese Panna Cotta with Lemon-Infused Olive Oil and Pistachios (P225).
All diners who avail themselves of this menu will get a chance to receive a trio of Doña Elena Olive Oils.
