The Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners (ICIF), a prestigious culinary and oenology learning center, recently hosted Culinary Arts students from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde in a three-week intensive training at the ICIF Castle of Costiglione d’Asti, Northern Italy.

The training was followed by an eight-week, hands-on internship at Michelin-star establishments, Italian restaurants and trattorias, and wine bars.
