Ding-Xian at Globe

Taiwanese artist Yang Ding-Xian will exhibit his work in “Oriental Power,” Feb. 12-23, at Globe Art Gallery in Bonifacio Global City.

Hiraya Gallery has brought to the country a selection of works by Ding-

Xian, whose show “serves as a refresher course in contemporary Oriental art,” art critic Cid Reyes said in the exhibition notes.

TWA artists at Art Cube

Art Cube Gallery is holding the group exhibit “Points of Origin” until March. It mounts paintings by The Working Animals collective, composed of Aiya Balingit, Lawrence Canto, Keb Cerda, Ronson Culibrina, Dale Erispe, Johanna Helmuth, John Marin, Pow Marin, Yeo Kaa and Yani Unsana.

Artists trace their roots and intimate the ideas of home and belonging through a variety of media that showcase their signature styles —from paintings and photographs to installations and mixed-media works.

Gozums in Intramuros

 

Rafael “Boy” Ramos Gozum Jr. and Kristoffer P. Gozum present “Father & Son” birthday exhibit at Bambu Art Intramuros Bar & Restaurant, National Press Club compound, across the Post Office, Intramuros Manila. The exhibit was opened by Marie Pe, president of the University of Santo Tomas Atelier Alumni Association, former senator Heherson T. Alvarez, Sen. Joel Villanueva, Labor Secretary Silvestre’ Bello III, Judge Gerard Tomacruz, Maria Fema T. Duterte, Nonoy Quimbo, Onie Deuda.

Exhibit runs until Feb. 28.
