‘Filipino Artists in their Studios Volume 2’ to be launched April 25

“Filipino Artists in Their Studios Volume 2,” the follow-through to the book documenting Filipino artists in their ateliers by foremost photojournalist and visual artist José “Pinggot” Zulueta, will be launched on April 25 at Manila Hotel.
Edited by Isabel de Leon and AA Patawaran, the 324-page book compiles 75 portraits of Filipino artists in their studios and their stories written by various reporters, which were originally published in the Arts and Culture section of Manila Bulletin Lifestyle under the column Artist at Work.
Artists featured in the book are Ambie Abaño, Leo Abaya, Mike Adrao, Salvador Joel Alonday, Angelito Antonio and Norma Belleza, Agnes Arellano, Julio José Austria, Max Balatbat, Jinggoy Buensuceso, Zean Cabangis, Benjie Torrado-Cabrera, Ferdinand Cacnio, Valeria Cavestany, Leslie de Chavez, Dansoy Coquilla, Chati Coronel, Jigger Cruz, Marina Cruz, Bembol dela Cruz, Daniel dela Cruz, Janos dela Cruz, Melvin Culaba, Olivia D’Aboville, Thomas Daquiaog, Antipas Delotavo, Isabel Diaz, Romina Diaz, RM de Leon, Vincent de Pio, Neil Doloricon, Noell el Farol, Kiko Escora, Love Marie Escudero, Isobel Francisco and Peque Gallaga.
