MANILA, Philippines — Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray shared how she did her makeup for the coveted pageant in her own episode of Vogue’s “Beauty Secrets.”
The video was posted by the official Miss Universe Instagram account on Thursday captioned: “#MissUniverse @Catriona_Gray shows us how to achieve her winning glow with @VogueMagazine.”

In the video, Gray demonstrated the step-by-step process in achieving her glam look during the Miss Universe coronation night in Bangkok last December.
The Fil-Aussie beauty queen showed how she created her smoky and shimmery eyeshadow with the red lip that matches her lava-inspired gown.

It is not the first time for Gray to be featured in Vogue as her signature “lava walk” caught the attention of the fashion magazine after winning the Miss U crown.
Gray is the fourth Filipino Miss Universe titleholder, following Pia Wurtzbach (2015), Margie Moran (1973), and Gloria Diaz (1969).
She arrived in Manila Friday night, Feb. 15, for her grand homecoming festivities.
A parade for the beauty queen will traverse the cities of Pasay, Manila and Makati on Thursday, Feb. 21. A separate parade on Saturday, Feb. 23, will be held for Gray around the Araneta Center. /cbb
