A mother of triplets had recently opened her dead father’s computer and discovered unpurchased gifts for his grandchildren left in his Amazon shopping cart.
The Japanese mother noticed that her father had items left in his Amazon shopping cart, and found that he was planning to buy three sets of clothes for his grandchildren, who are triplets (two boys and one girl). She posted about the heartwarming discovery on her Twitter account, @ChocoTriplets, under the name Mokoko, last March 25.
“No one had used my dad’s computer since he passed away last year, and today I noticed there was something left in his Amazon cart. So I took a look, and found that he was planning to order three sets of baby clothes, and now my heart is breaking,” she said in the tweet as seen in Jin via Sora News 24.
Mokoko gave birth to her triplets in October 2018, and as per report, her father passed away in the same year, giving him little to no time spent with his grandchildren.
Despite this, the loving grandfather still took the time to plan purchases for the newborns. Unfortunately, it was too late for him to buy the gifts, leaving Mokoko to later discover his shopping cart.
The clothes, however, are now too small as the triplets had grown fast. Mokoko plans to make them into stuffed animals instead.
“The clothes my dad chose are pretty small for my kids now, so after they wear them one time, I’m going to take the fabric and use it to make three stuffed animals for them, and the stuffed animals will watch over them as they grow up,” the new mother reportedly said in a followup tweet.
While Mokoko often shares updates and photos of her triplets, she has yet to share the clothes her father picked out for the triplets, as of writing. Casey Eridio/JB
