A vibrant and master planned central business and lifestyle district is on the rise in Taguig. Ayala Land’s ARCA South estate is breaking new grounds as a prime visionary destination and imminent business hub south of Metro Manila.
More and more companies are establishing their commercial presence in ARCA South. Early this year, Arthaland, a premium developer for green and sustainable structures, launched the Savya Financial Center – a LEED- and BERDE-certified office condominium designed with sustainable building features, i.e. low-emission and non-toxic building materials, native and endemic vegetation in landscaped areas, and energy efficient air-conditioning system.
Construction company Makati Development Corporation has also moved its headquarters to a 10,000 sqm office space in Arca South. Other office development projects situated in its central business district are Alveo Land’s Tryne Enterprise Plaza and AVA’s Z2 Tower. Tryne Enterprise Plaza is a three-tower office development made up of 13 floors each, with a total land area of 11,000 square meters.

ARCA South is a highly-networked, integrated development project by Ayala Land, the country’s prime developer of sustainable estates. Combining efficient and innovative urban planning, green spaces, and a multi-linked transport system, ARCA South is located along the East Service Road of the South Luzon Expressway. The 74-hectare mixed use estate stands as a main gateway to the metro via the Taguig Integrated Terminal Exchange (Taguig ITX), a government-initiated project of the Department of Transportation (DOTr). Taguig ITX will serve as the end-point for more than 2,000 provincial buses coming from Laguna, Batangas, and other provinces. The estate is currently accessible via public transport to and from key areas of the Metro including Makati, Bonifacio Global City, Alabang, Pasig, North Edsa, Bicutan and Pasay.
