MANILA, Philippines — The crackdown on graffiti vandalism of a public high school in Misamis Oriental has fallen into the creative hands of its artistic students.

Students of Sta. Ana National High School in Tagoloan town recently flaunted their talents in visual arts and painted the walls of the school buildings with nature-themed designs.

A certain Elle Dior Shaiya Quilang posted on Facebook last Tuesday, June 3, the photos of the colorful walls of the educational institution that has since gone viral.

“Yes to Art than Vandalism,” Quilang said.

The idea wowed and earned the admiration of Filipinos online, amassing more than 5, 000 reactions and beyond 13,000 shares as of this posting time. (Editor: Julie Espinosa)
