Recommended items include Kuro Buta Kakuni, Chef Mouri’s braised pork belly in special soy glaze with taro, spinach, and carrots; and Sukiyaki Gohan, simmered US beef with sukiyaki sauce and rice.
For soba enthusiasts, don’t miss the Cold Green Tea Soba – buckwheat noodles with green tea, sweet inari tofu, nameko mushroom, and wasabi.
To ensure quality freshness of seasonal ingredients, pre-ordering a day in advance is highly encouraged. Call +63 2 5318 2815 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM for orders. Pick-up is available with a minimum single-receipt purchase of PHP 1,000 and starts at 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM.
Please allow a minimum of 45 minutes lead time. Delivery may be arranged via third-party courier service, and delivery cost may vary according to your location. Payments may be settled via debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) and PayMaya. For pick-ups, please proceed to the Hotel Okura Manila entrance on Portwood Street.
