Fans of Kapuso actress Rhian Ramos are quite bothered by the actress’ reed-thin body as seen recently in her social media posts.

Ramos, as observed by her followers, has been very thin, making some speculate that she’s suffering from an eating disorder. She finally addressed the issue in a recent interview with Cata Tibayan for “24 Oras” on Sept. 22.

“Of course not,” came Ramos’ reply when asked if she’s got an eating disorder. But the actress is aware that she really looks very thin.

“In fact ‘pag nakatingin ako sa salamin alam ko, nakikita ko kung ano ‘yung itsura ko (In fact, when I see myself in the mirror, I see how I look like). It’s not like I’m trying to lose weight because I feel big. No,” Ramos clarified in the report.

Ramos acknowledged that people are speculating on how she lost weight, but none of them are apparently right to be thinking that she intentionally tried to shed extra pounds.

“Kasi iniisip talaga ng tao na nag-diet or nag-cardio ako para pumayat nang ganito pero ‘yung totoo lang talaga, it’s out of stress,” Ramos stressed.

(People really think that I am on a diet or doing cardio exercises, for me to become this skinny, but the truth is this is simply out of stress.)

Meanwhile, she is all poised to report for a lock-in taping for “Love Of My Life” under GMA 7. In the interview, she disclosed that she’ll bring some personal things during the taping.

“Dadalhin ko ang aking yoga mat. Meron din akong resistance band na dadalhin kasi siyempre alangan naman magdala ako ng weights, ang bigat-bigat no’n. Ayun lang, para kung may day off meron akong gawin to workout or something,” she said.

(I will bring my yoga mat. I also got a resistance band that I can bring instead of weights, because those are very heavy. That’s all, so that if there’s a day off, I got something to do, like workout or something.)

She’s also considering to bring her own snacks, just in case outside food would be prohibited from being brought in. She joked, “Kailangan ‘yan.” (I need that.) JB
