Celebrity couple and yoga instructors Maxene Magalona and Rob Mananquil derive happiness from yoga exercises as they currently stay in Bali, Indonesia.
Quoting TV host Oprah Winfrey (“Passion is energy. Feel the power that comes from focusing on what excites you.”), Magalona spoke about how she and her husband feel contented with their online yoga lessons, as per her Instagram post yesterday, Sept. 29.
“This is how we look and feel every time we give a yoga class online,” she said, as she showed a photo of herself and her husband in a serene moment, standing next to each other with eyes closed.
Interacting with yoga enthusiasts from different parts of the globe has given Magalona great happiness.
“To be able to practice with yogis from different parts of the world and help them take care of their bodies, balance their energy and calm their minds during these difficult times is a gift from God and we just couldn’t feel more grateful to be of service to Him. Thank you so much to the wonderful souls who have been sharing their time and energy with us online,” she said.
She then encouraged more people to join their yoga class.
“If you want to try practicing yoga with us, we will be having a few more beginner friendly classes this week. Online classes via Zoom will be on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 5 p.m. and Saturday at 11 a.m. Follow our online yoga space @mulat_manila and send us a DM there for more information,” she shared.
Mananquil also spoke about the things he adheres to when it comes to yoga, as seen in his comment on the post.
“Our highest responsibility in life is to develop a relationship with The Divine. To lead an extraordinary life, full of joy and purpose,” he said. “We are here to serve, breathe through our hearts and guide you through Yoga.”
“Yoga is truly a beautiful gift from God,” he added. “To be consciously aware is the best gift we can give to ourselves, to the people we love and to everyone else in this new world that is beautifully shifting.” JB
