Scream Queens star Billie Lourd broke her silence to thank everyone and pay tribute to her late mother Carrie Fisher and grandmother Debbie Reynolds.

In an Instagram post, Billie shared a throwback photo with the two women with the caption: “Receiving all of your prayers and kind words over the past week has given me strength during a time I thought strength could not exist.”
Billie has received an outpouring of support from friends and fans since the subsequent deaths of Carrie and Debbie last week. This includes posts from her Scream Queens co-stars Ariana Grande, John Stamos, and Jamie Lee Curtis.

Meanwhile, Carrie’s brother Todd Fisher said that Carrie and Debbie will have a private joint funeral in Los Angeles. Billie will also take care of her mom’s French bulldog, Gary.
