Actress and entrepreneur Dimples Romana informed fans and followers that her Alegria Singapura restaurant will be temporarily closed.
She made the announcement on her Instagram page last Saturday, July 24.
“Repost from our Alegria Restaurant in Singapore @alegriasgp. Due to the recent unfortunate events, we are prioritizing the safety of our team and our customers,” she said. “To play our part in the recovery of our community, we will be halting deliveries and takeaways from 22 July to 18 August.”

“Thank you for the support we have gotten since the opening. Gracias and we will catch you soon,” she added.
Alegria Singapura, located at 18 Teck Lim Road, had its soft opening in April. It specializes in “non-traditional Latin Asian” dishes.
“[The] past week has been a blast as our Team Alegria in Singapore has been experienced and enjoyed by locals and our fellow Filipinos — the food, the ambiance, the drinks,” Romana said in her Instagram page last April. JB
