There are a few things that actress Kris Bernal believes in and lives by. She shared some of these favorite life mottos which help her “stay motivated and focused,” as seen in her Instagram post yesterday, Aug. 24.
Bernal thinks that “you have to be your strongest when you’re feeling at your weakest.”
She also feels that one has to “think like a millionaire and hustle like you’re broke.”
For her, “sexy isn’t a shape, it’s an attitude.”
To maintain one’s sanity, all that one has to do is to “focus on God’s opinion and not what others say,” she said.
Lastly, she believes that one has to “be kind even to unkind people.”

Bernal is also thankful that her latest YouTube vlog was well-received, where she spoke about her life after being let go by her former home network GMA, following the expiration of her contract last year.
“I’m honestly overwhelmed by the response to my latest vlog. It means so much to me that complete strangers accept and love me for who I am when I doubt myself most of the time,” the actress said. “Thank you for keeping me motivated to do better and making me feel like I matter.”
Bernal was supposed to get married to her businessman boyfriend Perry Choi last June but it had to be postponed due to the pandemic lockdowns. JB
