Taking a break from the daily grind is something that recharges actress and fitness coach Michelle Madrigal.
Madrigal enumerated the benefits she got from a six-day holiday with friends, as can be seen in her Instagram page yesterday, Nov. 14, where she shared photos and videos of herself with them in a beach getaway.
“A break from all the chaos. A much needed time to explore, journal, meet new people and learn more about myself,” she said. “It was liberating to live in the moment and have real/raw conversations. A break from the outside world so I could focus on myself and do the inner work.”

The short vacation had given her the opportunity to meet interesting people whom she laughed and cried with. They also engaged in activities such as meditation, dancing and surfing. Madrigal said she “never felt this alive in a long time.”
“I no longer accept surface-level relationships… I intend to live this way from here on now… YOU with me? Thank you @livebetterco for this phenomenal experience,” she said, tagging a health and wellness site.
Madrigal recently joined the fitness competition, Hyrox America, in Austin, Texas, where she placed fifth in her age group. She also joined Ms. Health & Fitness, another fitness tilt, last July. JB
