TV host Bianca Gonzalez sure is a proud mom to her daughter Lucia who just recently received her vaccine against COVID-19.
Gonzalez recalled her daughter’s journey to being vaccinated through Instagram today, Feb. 8, where she shared photos of the vaccination.
“Protected against Covid!!!! The moment JC and I have been looking forward to, having Lucia vaccinated to help protect her from the virus,” she said.
Gonzalez thanked her daughter’s doctors and referred to them as “rockstars,” whom she commended for working even without sleep. Meanwhile, the kid didn’t expect that the vaccination would be fun.
“We told Lucia that she was going to the doctor for her injection just like we had, but she didn’t expect all the balloons, characters and goodies and she was so happy and kilig (giddy) to see it all!!! What a brave girl our Lucia was,” she said.

Gonzalez highly recommends vaccination among kids aged 5 to 11, encouraging moms to check schedules of vaccinations in their locality.
“To fellow parents interested in having their kids aged 5 to 11 vaccinated, check the announcement of your LGU and you can swipe til the end for the vaccination sites per area!” she advised. “Ask your doctor any questions you may have or you can visit doh.gov.ph/vaccines.” JB
