From my fishmonger to my one-stop-shop for freezer staples, I am happy and as pleased as punch to know that Marv’s Boqueria and Berry’s Deli are not only on their a-game in terms of quality but also with their ever-growing list of offerings.

Berry’s Deli

A dear friend, Berry Tenchavez Stehmeier of Berry’s Deli has really grown her business and even the pandemic couldn’t stop her! What started out as an offering of all-natural hotdogs and cured meats now has pasta sauces, a hotdog party cart serving up dogs on the softest brioche buns, and now, a list of varied dips. These include Confit Garlic Hummus, Sundried Tomato and Basil Cream Cheese, and the delicious Zesty Whipped Feta.

A special mention though to her Buffalo Chicken and Cheese Dip. This was a crowd favorite and I highly recommend you order tons of it for your intimate parties and get togethers. Just think buffalo sauce and chunky creamy cheese in a warm spreadable delight to put on top of Tostito’s or melba crisps. A must! Hit her up on Instagram @berrysdeliph

Marv’s Boqueria

Then, of course, there’s my favorite fishmonger, Marv’s Boqueria. What started out as a fresh daily offering of seafood delivery is now an online sensation. I don’t know anyone in my circle who doesn’t order from them or know about them. I am delighted to see how they have grown and the extent of seafood on their list. A Spanish backyard get-together we had proved to be a hit because of our fresh from the sea bounty from start to finish. Take note, you can even ask them to slice and fillet as you like.
