Celebrity mompreneur Neri Naig-Miranda once again displayed her business acumen as she decided to invest her son Cash’s earnings into buying a condo which she plans to rent out.

“Welcome to Cash’s [condo],” she said via her Instagram page yesterday, Sept. 18, where she also showed a photo of herself, husband rock musician Chito Mirands and son Cash all together, in the bare condo unit.

(All that he earned through endorsements, I invested here. While the children are growing up, I want them to see what they have worked for.)

Naig revealed that the condo unit leasing would be the first business of Cash. Like her other son Miggy’s condo, they will have it rented to generate income and for the kids to be able to save up money from the earnings.

(I personally manage [my children’s] money. I put it in investments and insurance. And when they already know the importance of saving their money, they would appreciate what I and their dad have done for them. This is so that even while young, they would already be wise in life.)

Naig also shared that she is still paying Cash’s condo through installment, and when there is no endorsement for Cash, she herself pays it monthly out of her own pocket. Meanwhile, Miggy’s condo had been fully paid. JB
