GUEST App, launched at the Philippine Travel Mart, SMX, September 30 to Oct 2, is the First Filipino-owned end-to-end Travel Mobile App that will provide Tourists a Seamless Travel Experience, while Partner LGUs, Destinations, Tour Operators, Merchants, and other Tourism stakeholders enjoy digitalization via Operating Dashboards and additional revenues provided by the solution.
GUEST App is a shared initiative of Positive Exposure and its parent company, Lordsbridge Resources Corporation, to roll out in partnership with the Philippine Tour Operators Association. The digitization thrust is espousing the direction of the President BBM and the department’s Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco to Digitalize. It is also in line with the UNWTO Focus Strategy on Innovation, Education, Digital Transformation, and Investments in order to anticipate, address and overcome the new challenges and trends in the Tourism sector. The said companies are actively providing services for the tourism sector and have deep engagement and investments in Fintech.
GUEST App features include end-to-end e-commerce in partnership with Maya and Security Bank: booking for tour packages, hotel accommodation, transport services and top up or purchase of beep card, health and wellness, restaurant reservation, other recreations, cinemas, cultural shows, purchase of local artists creations, DigiPasalubong and Travel Tax Payments, while back-end services for LGUs and Merchants include operating dashboards that provide real-time data analytics, management of promotions, member registration, inventory and other data sourcing services.
