Cake Fiesta Manila is the biggest and most exciting International cake and bake expo in the Philippines. Happening on November 24-26, 2022, at the SMX Convention Center Manila, Function Rooms 3 & 4. This is the home of the biggest display cake competition in the country judged by the best international cake icons from around the world.
The founders, Valeri Valeriano, Christina Ong and Chef Penk Ching have joined forces in order to bring the amazing shows that they have always joined and experienced for years in the international arena.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony on November 15-17, 2019 marked official opening of the inauguration of Cake Fiesta Manila. It was joined by thousands of enthusiastic visitors who waited by the door. Cake Fiesta Manila holds the largest Cake Display Competition in the Philippines with almost 200 amazing entries across 7 categories joined by local and international cake artists. This year, 250 amazing edible masterpieces will mesmerize you!
Moreover, Cake Wars, the nation’s first ever LIVE cake decorating competition, is one of the highlights of the event and was a huge success participated by talented competitors from all over the Philippines and Asia wide.
The other attractions were Make & Take, where visitors had a hands-on cake decorating session and bring their creation home, workshops and demos by local and international cake artists. This year, kids, 8-years old and above can join and celebrate their ever-evolving skills and creativity in the Make and Take activity, to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The halls will be filled to the brim with features ranging from miniature to giant cake exhibits. The competition categories range from Wedding Cakes, Cupcakes, Celebration Cakes, Sugarflowers, Sculpted Cake, Cookies, Buttercream, and Sugar Model Figure. Over three days, thousands of sugar voyeurs, edible artists, cake decorators, cake bosses, professional pastry chefs, renowned local and international artists, bakers, chocolatiers, live cake decorating battle, food personalities, and newbies will compete in eight categories, with the general public invited to enter, view, and participate in a full program of masterclasses, exhibits, free demonstrations, entertainment, and more.
