One of the country’s property giants welcomes one of the world’s biggest stars to represent its premier, high-end developments. South Korean superstar Lee Minho is the newest “Good Guy” on the block. Everyone’s favorite oppa is now the brand ambassador of SM Development Corp. (SMDC).
“SMDC partnered with Lee Minho because he embodies many qualities that SMDC stands for: excellence, trailblazer, and sophistication,” said SMDC vice president for marketing Aye Luna.
Truly world-class
Aside from starring in Korean TV hits such as “Boys Over Flowers,” “City Hunter,” “The Heirs,” “The King: Eternal Monarch” and “Pachinko,” Lee also serves as creative director and executive producer of the YouTube channel Leeminho Film. “His qualities have made him an exemplary, world-class actor. More than an actor, he pursued his potential in other aspects and became successful at them— as a model, director, and businessman,” added Luna.
The multi-awarded actor has been appointed ambassador of several cultural and tourism campaigns in his home country, and is a favorite of global luxury fashion houses to represent the brand. So, the partnership between SMDC and Lee Minho seems to be a match made in Hallyu heaven.

The SMDC Good Guys refer to residents and employees who are active in community events and outreach activities, which are undertaken to serve the barangays near the property giant’s residential developments.
