One of the country’s property giants welcomes one of the world’s biggest stars to represent its premier, high-end developments. South Korean superstar Lee Minho is the newest “Good Guy” on the block. Everyone’s favorite oppa is now the brand ambassador of SM Development Corp. (SMDC).
“SMDC partnered with Lee Minho because he embodies many qualities that SMDC stands for: excellence, trailblazer, and sophistication,” said SMDC vice president for marketing Aye Luna.
Aside from starring in Korean TV hits such as “Boys Over Flowers,” “City Hunter,” “The Heirs,” “The King: Eternal Monarch” and “Pachinko,” Lee also serves as creative director and executive producer of the YouTube channel Leeminho Film. “His qualities have made him an exemplary, world-class actor. More than an actor, he pursued his potential in other aspects and became successful at them— as a model, director, and businessman,” added Luna.
The multi-awarded actor has been appointed ambassador of several cultural and tourism campaigns in his home country, and is a favorite of global luxury fashion houses to represent the brand. So, the partnership between SMDC and Lee Minho seems to be a match made in Hallyu heaven.
SMDC, for its part, is now recognized globally as the Philippines’ leading real estate developer, according to Luna. “We are a responsible developer of world-class, master-planned, premier integrated developments. SMDC is a trailblazer and a builder of sustainable communities that nurtures and cares for its community of residents and investors.”
Inherent goodness When it comes to advocacies, Lee Minho personifies the SMDC spirit of the “Good Guy.” The actor founded Promiz, a social contribution and donation platform designed to help fund projects for underprivileged children, animals and the environment. In the same manner, SMDC has always nurtured a spirit of volunteerism among its communities. The SMDC Good Guys refer to residents and employees who are active in community events and outreach activities, which are undertaken to serve the barangays near the property giant’s residential developments.
A world of premiere
The property developer’s newest campaign carries the message, “Step Into Luxury,” as its five-star residences hold the distinction of featuring opulent finishes, exceptional features and unparalleled amenities.
Hotel-style environments, resort-grade leisure amenities and easy access to well-curated commercial establishments await residents as soon as they set their foot on SMDC’s premier high-rises. One might even note that the environment of these residential projects reflect the settings of some of Lee Minho’s characters in the various Korean dramas that he has led.
As SMDC’s newest ambassador, Lee Minho will be the face of luxury residential projects Sail Residences in MOA Complex, Pasay City; Sands Residences in Roxas Boulevard, Manila; Glam Residences in Edsa, Quezon City; and Gold Residences, located within the integrated township development Gold City in Parañaque.
Sail Residences within the MOA Complex promises to be an enviable address that showcases a facade inspired by a luxury cruise ship, a central clubhouse, maritime-inspired pool, palm terraces walkways and a lush central garden.
Sands Residences on Roxas Boulevard provides its residents with a front seat view of the famed and glorious Manila Bay sunset. Glam Residences, which rises right at Quezon City’s Triangle Park, is designed with a rooftop lounge and bar, the perfect escape in the middle of a bustling city.
The award-winning Gold Residences in Parañaque City has earned the distinction of Best High End Condo Development and Best Lifestyle Development, among others. It boasts of sophisticated world-class interiors, and an assemblage of unparalleled features and amenities.
