Vlogger and host Joyce Pring underscored the essence of good communication at this age when technology makes it a tad easier to get the message across.

In an Instagram post Wednesday, April 12, Pring zeroed in on the importance of communication in the existing world between partners.

“In a world where technology and social media have made it easier than ever to connect with people, it’s ironic that many of us struggle to communicate effectively with the people we care about most. By setting aside distractions and practicing our “communication muscle,” we can deepen our relationships and cultivate true intimacy,” she said in her post.

Believing that “communication isn’t just about the big conversations,” Pring noted that “it’s also about the everyday interactions that make up our lives.”

“When we take the time to check in with our partners, share our thoughts and feelings, and actively listen to their responses, we create a strong and loving bond that can withstand any challenge,” she explained, requesting her fans to watch her and her husband @juanchotrivino as they answer questions about communication and other relationship topics on the latest episode of the podcast titled “Asking for Care without Starting a Fight.”

In the short Instagram video that she posted, Pring stressed that “communication is a muscle that we have to exercise.”

“And sometimes, our downfall is assuming that our partner’s muscle work and their strength in communication is the same as ours or ours is more superior than our partner’s. So, it’s just all about practicing that communication muscle, ‘di ba?” she said.  /ra
