The Estate Makati is set to rise on the last available lot between Ayala Avenue and Apartment Ridge Road. The touted “home in the sky” features a cruciform design that will further embellish the premier address’ already exquisite skyline. The 270-meter building is also home to the country’s first residential use of double-slab technology – unlocking the possibilities for personal customization.

But beyond promises of exclusivity and prestige, lies the guarantee of the birth of a new Filipino landmark

The building is designed by the highly-regarded British design firm Foster + Partners. This is their first project in the Philippines. Founded by Lord Norman Foster of Thames Bank in 1967, they are known for being the minds behind several historical structures all around the globe such as; The Gherkin, HSBC Hong Kong, the Millau Viaduct, and the Great Court British Museum among many others. Outside of architectural design, they also take on projects involving urban planning and interior/industrial design. The group consists of six architectural studios with offices all over the world.

At this point, the mere association with Foster + Partners guarantees quality and artistry at the highest level. Unconvinced? Here are five residential projects the globally-acclaimed studio has completed throughout the years.
