Titled the “ARC 02: Digital Oasis,” Ellis Co’s latest fashion show took the audience on an extraordinary journey into a realm of innovation and imagination. Jerome Lorico, .ARCHIVES’ Creative Consultant and Production Manager under KONZEPT.KONZEPT, together with .ARCHIVES’ Creative Director, Aya Reika Mayani, orchestrated a captivating show centered around the collection’s 44 unique looks, meticulously crafted to perfection.
The fashion show became more alive with fusion of cutting-edge fashion and mesmerizing music, as the musical direction of DJ Nix Damn P! of Very Done and Mango Room Studios set the perfect atmosphere backed up by the melodies of Harold Andre C. Santos on Koto and Julia Eunice S. Yabe on Shakuhachi, the event became a more ethereal and cultural dimension to an overall experience.
The event seamlessly blended futuristic elements with visionary designs, leaving the audience in awe. From avant-garde silhouettes to muted color palettes, the collection showcased the artistic vision and exceptional craftsmanship that Ellis Co is renowned for.
“The Rakuten and Misibis Show definitely allowed me to have a more in-depth understanding of how to make a cohesive and impactful collection,” said Co. “As a starting designer, I open myself to criticism and learning experiences, to be able to better translate my ideas into garments.”
