The French label opens two stores in Manila this holiday season
SPORT b. officially opens its first store in the Philippines at SM Aura Premier.
SPORT b. is the youthful diffusion line of agnès b. Since its first boutique was launched in Marseilles in 1999, the SPORT b. collection has resonated with a young and dynamic audience worldwide. Catering to the vibrant modern lifestyle, the collection was re-launched in 2007 with new designs that inherit simplicity and comfort while infusing fashionable design elements and exquisite details from agnès b.
The French label is characterized by a smart casual style and offers a wide array of t-shirts, jackets, jeans, and accessories, allowing customers to enjoy premium apparel in flexible mix-and-match options. The brand’s collections are inspired by music and street art with its pieces emblazoned with the brand’s signature icons—dino dinosaur and the flash.
Sustainability at its core
agnès b. has always been committed to the environment ever since the brand first started. SPORT b. also shares the same core value and commitment by using sustainable and responsible materials. From the SPORT b. collection, you can always find the use of natural, upcycled, or recycled materials. Plastic lamination in packaging is also eliminated through the use of soy ink and by replacing plastic tags with recycled yarn.

The first in Manila, the SPORT b. branch in SM Aura features a concrete wall finish that screams modern street style, with a predominantly grey palette that represents the brand’s simple and timeless attitude. Against the concrete finish, the wall is also adorned with posters and graphic art that pays homage to street art.
Completing the store concept, metallic material is used to present a cool and stylish feel as well as provide an interesting connection with musical instruments. The reflection from the metal material can be interpreted as electronic music wave patterns or the reflection from a cymbal or pedal. This playful association embodies the brand’s inspiration.
