Fashion takes center stage at the Emmys as celebrities use the red carpet to make statements on style

Fashion is a key element of the Emmys. The event features a parade of glamorous outfits, including custom-made, as well as designer gowns and tuxedos worn by A-listers. These looks often set trends for the upcoming season, blending sophistication with avant-garde touches. And this year is no different.

The television awards ceremony, which typically takes place every September, was delayed until last night due to Hollywood strikes affecting the events scheduled for the previous summer.

With the ceremony back, our beloved stars did not disappoint. Here are some of our favorite looks from this year’s awards night.

1. Jenna Ortega

Jenna Ortega, who was nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for “Wednesday”

made a striking entrance on the red carpet with a bedazzled Dior Haute Couture dress calling it an “an art piece”a departure from her character’s usual preference for dark attire. The nude-tone transparent ensemble featured pastel floral appliqué arranged intricately within a beaded lattice pattern.

2. Suki Waterhouse

The dress showcased her back and the sides of her baby bump, featuring a bow at its base and convenient pockets. The star revealed that her designers had to extensively modify the dress to complement her growing belly. And I must say, we love a high fashion baby bump moment!

Appearing as if she stepped directly out of the wardrobe of her character from The White Lotus, Meghann Fahy graced the Awards with classic Hollywood glamour. Fahy donned a tailor-made creation from Armani Privé, a rich and velvety red masterpiece extending seamlessly from the neckline to the hemline. Showcasing an off-the-shoulder design adorned with a cascade of roses, the floor-length skirt gracefully touched the ground with each step.  The “Insecure” actor arrived looking like a literal bird of paradise in a feathered and crystal-embellished champagne Pamela Roland gown. The stunning dress had a loose, robe-like silhouette, showcasing its embellishments. Crystals adorned the high neckline like a collar, continuing throughout the layers of fabric. The feathers gave the gown its wing-like look, especially when Rae raised her arms. It takes a certain level of personal radiance to make a gown this feathered look queen-like and not like a bird
