We can never thank our healthcare workers enough, especially in today’s situation. In the midst of a global pandemic, we can only imagine what our doctors and nurses have to go through on a daily basis.
Despite playing a TV doctor for years, Olivia Wilde from medical drama “House” knows that there’s more to the experience than what she reads in her script. To show her appreciation for her real-life counterparts, she brought together fellow acting colleagues who share her experience of playing healthcare workers in series like “ER,” “Scrubs,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Nurse Jackie” and “The Good Doctor.”
Among the cast of these shows are Julianna Marguiles and Maura Tierney from “ER,” Kate Walsh, Patrick Dempsey and Sandra Oh from “Grey’s Anatomy,” Edie Falco from “Nurse Jackie,” Freddie Highmore, Doogie Howser and Neil Patrick Harris from “The Good Doctor,” and “House” co-stars Lisa Edelstein, Omar Epps, Jennifer Morrison, Kal Pen and Peter Jacobson.
The heartwarming PSA hits different coming from these actors who have represented our brave healthcare professionals in more aspects than just their careers. Watch their tribute below.
