In a hustle-and-bustle culture that takes too much from us, it’s high time we focus on ourselves—on our health, our well-being, and the things that make us happy. This is the philosophy that The Westin Manila is bringing to life this September, with movement and mindfulness activities alongside a curated selection of sustainable and healthy products.
From sound baths to sunset yoga sessions, and thoughtful selections from local brands, the weekend invites anyone and everyone to slow down and carve out time for themselves.
