According to Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque, Cabinet officials recommended imposing a curfew between midnight and 4 a.m. As of writing, most LGUs are currently implementing a curfew between 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
“This is just a recommendation to [LGUs] since they are the ones that will enforce this through ordinances,” Roque clarified in an interview with PTV4.

In the same interview, Roque noted that more people may be allowed to go out—but that this would still need clarification from the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF).
“I’m confident that the age of 65 will remain, I do not know what age will be allowable for the younger population,” he adds.
Roque made this statement after an IATF-approved presentation listed an age range from 15 to 65 years old as an example for the new age group that will be allowed to go outside.
