The Bienvenido N. Santos Creative Writing Center of De La Salle University will be launching four books by Rhoderick V. Nuncio: “100 Aklat sa Aking Pagkamulat: Pagbasa, Dagling-suri, at Paanyaya” (C&E Publishing and DLSU Publishing House, 2012); “100 Bago sa DLSU” (Central Books and DLSU Publishing House, 2012); “Ang Lihim ng Ultramar” (UST Publishing House, 2013) and “Sanghiyang sa Mundo ng Internet” (Vibal Foundation and DLSU Publishing House, 2010).
The launch will be on Feb. 21, 1 p.m., at the European Documentation Center, Henry Sy Sr. Hall, DLSU-Manila.
Nuncio is author of around 40 publications (books, e-books, journal articles, magazine articles) on Philippine art and culture. He is professor of language and Philippine studies at DLSU. Sanghiyang sa Mundo ng Internet received the National Book Award for Best in Social Sciences in 2011 from the Manila Critics Circle and the National Book Development Board.
