These cute little charcuterie jars are a-mason | Lifestyle.INQ

If you love charcuterie boards, you’re going to love this even more. “Jarcuterie” has all the elements of charcuterie boards, but it’s neatly (and safely) packaged in cute little glass jars for individual consumption.

We can all thank Suzanne Billings of US-based charcuterie and grazing board company Noble Graze for the original concept. In an interview with Today Food, she said the concept was born out of pandemic necessity. “I came up with the jarcuterie concept as another single serve option during the pandemic, and it just took off like wildfire,” she said.

Sky’s the limit when it comes to assembling these handheld charcuterie jars. Since the trend started July last year, other people have picked it up and put their own spin on it. Instead of using glass jars, others have packaged their charcuterie in wooden cups or mini mule mugs.

While the charm of charcuterie boards lies in the communal nature of grazing (which has been derailed for the foreseeable future), we don’t mind these cute little versions one bit.
