LADURÉE is making it easier to buy holiday presents for people who have everything.
The French patisserie takes the Christmas package to new levels of sweetness with a holiday collection that allows you to customize the contents of your gifting hamper. For a minimum of P6,500 the customer can choose from a selection of specially designed hatbox hampers and fill it with a minimum of four delectable treats, including the brand’s world-famous macaron. There’s also a Ladurée champagne in the selection.
Of course, there are also pre-filled hampers if you want to do away altogether with the hassle of making difficult choices. The Louise and Pampille hampers, for instance, each contain a jar of Ladurée jam in a gift box, a box of tea bags, a mini chocolate bar, and a gift box of six assorted macarons.
If you want to go all out, there’s the Mixed Treasure Chest containing seven gift items, including a book, a candle, and a box of 40 assorted macarons.
There are also special gift boxes for those who wish to give single items, like the macaron—even if your budget allows for only a single piece. This Christmas, there’s the festive Pierrot Collection, for boxes of six and 14 macarons, apart from the classic macaron boxes.
Or, you can also just send out Ladurée gift cards in values of P1,000 to P5,000.
The new seasonal macaron flavors will roll out this week at the 8 Rockwell shop, including the Christmas flavor: macaron shells with ivory chocolate ganache with Tahinensis vanilla from Mauritius, available only until Jan. 5, 2016.
The French institution is also serving up a holiday classic that won’t be the stuff of Christmas jokes: an alcohol-free, fruity and nutty fruitcake that even the little ones can partake of.
