FILIPINO artist Reybert Ramos will participate in this week’s Art Stage Singapore 2016 at the Marina Bay Sands. His exhibition, “Interstices,” will be on display at Galerie Stephanie’s booth (C4) on Jan. 21 to 24. Art Stage Singapore is the main component of Singapore Art Week, a prestigious occasion that has several visual art events lined up in the Lion City.
These paintings are portraits of some of Hollywood’s most iconic fictional characters set side by side with paintings of objects of contrast and likeness.
An alumnus of the Philippine High School for the Arts and a Fine Arts graduate of the University of the Philippines Diliman, Ramos has forged a decadelong career as an art director of GMA Network.
