Conrad Manila has announced the appointment of Daniel Patterson as executive chef.
In this role, Patterson will be responsible for the culinary operations of the hotel’s award-winning dining outlets: Brasserie on 3 and China Blue by Jereme Leung, C Lounge, Bru Coffee Bar, as well as its banqueting and catering services.
He also oversees the hotel’s in-room dining and banquets and catering events, including weddings and corporate events.

Hailing from Newmarket, United Kingdom, and an alumna of Westminster University, Patterson has over 20 years of professional cooking and kitchen management experience. He has consistently worked in five-star properties and two- and three-star Michelin-rated establishments, including Chewton Glen Hotel (Hampshire, UK) and Troisgos (Roanne, France).
He also trained in kitchen management at the Culinary Institute of America.
Prior to joining Conrad Manila, he spent years across Southeast Asia, including tours in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and India, Europe and America.
