Polka dots seem to make a yearly comeback.  The term”polka dot” came from the polka dance craze that was popular in the mid-19th century. It’s a pattern that first appeared first appeared in print in 1857 in Godey’s Lady’s Book, a Philadelphia-based women’s magazine of the time period. As its seen many permutations throughout the years, how can one wear the perennial trend without looking drab?
